What can you expect from me?
As an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. I also offer remote coaching, which includes daily programming, communication, accountability and flexibility without the need of being "in person" all through my personal training app. If you can’t find the service you’re looking or have any questions contact me today!
STRENGTH AND HIIT TRAINING
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but what it can do! A six pack is not all its cracked up to be if you cannot do a proper squat to back it! I love strength training and would love to train you on making that a part of your fitness routine.
SPEED AND AGILITY
As a previous athlete and working with so many young athletes now, strength is not the only factor in fitness. Being fundamentally sound in body mechanics and core control makes all the difference in the world of athletics. I currently work with athletes of all ages and levels.
PARKINSON'S DISEASE TRAINING
Parkinson's Disease should not limit someone from being physically active. I work with several people within the local PD community, we focus on strength, balance and mobility. Please feel free to contact me on behalf of yourself or someone you know who is currently diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease.
MECHANICS AND MOBILITY
Being strong and fast is great, but I want my clients to have a strong foundation of mobility and flexibility to support those big movements. Flexibility and mobility is also a great place to start if you are new to fitness or recently recovering from injury.
